“A testament to minimalist lighting design”
Embracing a delicate balance between simplicity and the accentuation of interior features, the revamped lobby and forecourt of iconic Australia Place in Perth is a testament to minimalist lighting design. The project’s emphasis on capturing the essence of materials and creating a welcoming ambience through low level lighting mirrors the commitment to a harmonious integration of form and function.
The lighting design transcends mere functionality, playing a pivotal role in enhancing the overall spatial experience. The project’s interior, characterized by a darker color palette, finds its rhythm through carefully placed lighting that captures and amplifies the beauty of feature materials. The interplay between light and shadow adds depth and texture to the space, creating a dynamic atmosphere that evolves throughout the day. Australia Place, invites patrons to immerse themselves in an environment where every detail is purposefully highlighted. Beyond the functional aspects, the lighting design becomes an integral part of the narrative, contributing to the unique character of the space.
