We are excited to announce the opening of our latest Light Lab in Sydney. Nestled in the vibrant and design-driven Surry Hills, Light Lab Sydney offers a premium, appointment-only space for selecting light fittings. Based off the original Melbourne Light Lab designed by Design Theory, our Sydney location has been brought to life with the help of local designer Paul Kelly. Like its Melbourne counterpart, this new location is designed as more than a showroom—it’s a laboratory for lighting innovation, tailored for designers & architects, passionate about creating exceptional spaces.
The space is designed to encourage hands-on creativity and collaboration, allowing clients to engage with a carefully curated selection of lighting tools and fittings to help visualise how each piece will complement their project. The space evokes a feeling of confidence with its high-end sophisticated fitout, carefully concealed drawers of fittings help to keep the space subtle and uncluttered, whilst providing a large selection of optics, finishes and technology
Located in the heart of the city’s design precinct, the Light Lab is easily accessible to the architecture and design community. The bustling Surrey Hills area, known for its creativity and innovation, provides the perfect backdrop for our new location. Light Lab Sydney features an outdoor precinct showcasing our exterior lighting collections, allowing clients to experience how lighting transforms external spaces.
